Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Retail systems, processes, and delivery management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple retail-focused projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, robust stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar project delivery tools.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end delivery of retail domain projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
2. Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure with a structured and disciplined approach.
3. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, product owners, and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
5. Facilitate effective communication across teams and leadership, ensuring transparency on project status and dependencies.
6. Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, sprint management, work item monitoring, and delivery governance.
