Most calls are categorised by need, and you will oversee these, selecting the most urgent cases to resolve, including generating prescriptions via EPS and providing further advice, admissions, or referrals.

Pay: £27.49 - £30.63 depending on experience.
Base: Remote working from home, with onsite induction at Blackpool head office (FY4 4EW) and at least one annual visit.
Hours of Duty: Flexible, covering any time within a 24-hour period, Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends. A minimum of 4 hours per week is expected.
