Office Administrator Our client is a well-established engineering manufacturer. They are seeking a strong administration assistant to support both the production and accounts teams in a busy office environment. This role will involve managing purchasing activities, liaising with suppliers, maintaining accurate records within the company system, and providing administrative support to the accounts team. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across purchasing, production, and finance. Key Responsibilities Contact suppliers to obtain competitive quotes for materials. Raise purchase orders and enter them accurately into Xero Update orders and any changes within the production schedule Provide administrative support to the production team as required. Check supplier deliveries and ensure delivery notes match purchase orders. Ensure credit notes are received for any invoice discrepancies or overcharges. Enter supplier invoices into Xero Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in a busy production or accounts office. Proficient in using computer systems, including email and Microsoft Office packages.
