We’ll talk a bit more about us further down the page, but for now – let’s talk about the role and who we’re looking for… A bit about the role The Learning and Development Coordinator supports the central L&D team by organising, scheduling, and delivering training and development activities across Allwyn. The role ensures employees have the skills and capabilities needed to perform effectively, by coordinating learning programmes, managing learning data, maintaining communication channels, and supporting a positive onboarding and training experience. What you’ll be doing Training Coordination · Organise and schedule learning sessions, workshops, and training events (virtual and in-person). · Coordinate all logistics such as venues, calendars, materials, and joining instructions. · Assign and track training programmes, following up with managers and employees to encourage timely completion. · Support onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless transition from recruitment into the organisation Learning Administration & Communication · Maintain the central Learning Hub/Intranet page with up-to-date content and learning communications. · Manage the L&D inbox and direct queries to the appropriate team members. · Work with subject matter experts to review, improve, or help create learning materials. · Ensure all training content reflects Allwyn values and aligns with the employer brand. Reporting & Compliance · Run, validate, and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly learning reports. · Maintain dashboards tracking attendance, completion, feedback, and other metrics. · Use digital tools and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes. Finance & Process Support · Process invoices, raise purchase orders, and track relevant budgets. · Support the development of L&D guidelines, templates, and best practices to ensure a consistent training experience across the business. What Experience we’re looking for Able to deliver a high volume of tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good organisation and prioritisation skills. Experience with using a Learning Management System Good communicator who can keep the team informed on progress. Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel. Able to work collaboratively with a number of other departments. Desirable CIPD or similar Experience on boarding a new Learning Management System Experience with using articulate Key Measures of Success 100% accuracy and completeness of learning data. High completion rates for mandatory and role specific training. Strong employee satisfaction with learning experiences and logistics. Timely response to L&D queries (within 24 hours). Engagement with training solutions that support capability needs across Allwyn. A consistently smooth and positive onboarding experience (target satisfaction score: 9/10).
