The Opportunity
The team are known for handling complex, often cross-border matters and advising on M&A, private equity structuring, IP and real estate transactions across sectors including technology, life sciences, and private capital sectors.
As a Senior Solicitor in the team, the role will involve the working on a broad range of high-quality corporate tax matters, including M&A, private equity, real estate structuring, and cross-border advisory work.
Key Requirements
* Qualified Senior Corporate Tax Solicitor with 5 years PQE +
* Experience gained in a highly ranked law firm
* Solid foundation in the UK corporate tax
