The Opportunity We are looking for a talented HR Advisor who is passionate about people and business. In this role, you will work closely with SME clients, offering expert guidance and practical HR support at all levels. You’ll play a key part in managing and developing their teams, acting as an extension of their business. For the right person, this is the next step in your route into a HR consultant/business partner role, account managing key clients within two years. Location This post is not entirely remote, you need to live within a reasonable traveling distance from our office in Ramsbottom, Bury, Northwest England. You will also be required to travel in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and North Cheshire to work on site with our amazing clients, therefore you will need a full driving licence and access to a car. The package The Salary is £30k plus death in service benefit, NHS cash plan which pays for dental, optical musculoskeletal, EAP etc, 25 days holiday per annum, income protection, ten days contractual sick pay and a holiday buy/sell scheme.
