Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a well-established, financially stable, and highly successful ladies' fashion company? With a strong presence in the UK and plans for expansion into larger retail markets across the UK and Europe, this fast-paced business focuses on Jersey, Woven, and Knitwear. They are looking for a driven and experienced professional with a proven track record in growing key accounts and fostering strong client relationships.
You'll be fully supported by a talented in-house team across Design, Merchandising, Sales, and Admin, empowering you to deliver outstanding results.

For this role, our client is open to either a consultancy basis, or a full time position.
Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK with large retailers and or supermarkets, ensuring alignment with the company's product range and strengths.
* Build and execute effective sales strategies to secure high-profile retail clients.
* Collaborate closely with partner factories in Cambodia/China/Bangladesh/India/Sri Lanka to create product ranges that meet client needs.
* Manage key accounts from the initial pitch to successful on-boarding.
* Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
* Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth.
* Monitor and manage costs, ensuring they stay within budget limits.
* Work closely with the design team to develop products tailored to client demands.
* Negotiate pricing to achieve margin and profitability goals.

Person Specification

* Extensive experience in multiproduct ladieswear, specialising in Jersey, Woven, and Knitwear.
* Strong background in business development within a supplier setting.
* A proven history of building and maintaining relationships with buyers and key stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to think quickly and strategically, ensuring on-time delivery with a high standard of quality.

Strong organisational and time-management skills
