As a Receptionist at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you’ll be the welcoming face and guiding voice for our guests — ensuring every arrival, stay and departure is seamless, personalised and memorable. With a focus on genuine hospitality, attention to detail and Nobu’s crafted approach, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the guest experience from start to finish.
You will
* Create a warm, welcoming and lasting impression for every guest
* Manage the full guest journey from pre-arrival to post-stay with care and precision
* Build genuine relationships with guests, especially VIPs and repeat visitors
* Provide attentive, natural and friendly service that reflects Nobu standards
* Answer guest enquiries and follow up promptly and professionally
* Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area with all necessary materials
* Be immaculately presented in correct uniform at all times
* Use OPERA proficiently to capture and manage guest information
* Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised, crafted experiences
* Handle cashiering duties securely and manage a personal float accurately
* Resolve issues swiftly and empathetically, logging and following up as needed
* Support and train new team members, fostering a collaborative environment
* Liaise effectively with all departments, especially Rooms Division
* Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement
* Uphold safety procedures and ensure secure access via the reception desk
