This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing production operations, people management, and performance on site.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily production to ensure targets for quality, output, and safety are metLead and support teams to deliver efficient, compliant operationsStep up to cover the Department Manager when requiredManage staffing, performance, training, and day-to-day people issuesEnsure accurate system reporting and production data (ERP)Drive performance improvements (efficiency, waste, yield, output)Maintain high standards of health & safety, food safety, and hygieneSupport planning, scheduling, and logistics (including haulage)What were looking for:Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing or similarStrong people management and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentKnowledge of health & safety and food safety standardsSkills:production planner production supervisor food maunfacturing food production Team Management Production Planning Production ManagementBenefits:Group Life Assurance Pension FundWHJS1_NI
