New Opportunity – Sales Administrator
On behalf of our client, a long-established manufacturing business based in Derbyshire, we are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join their team.
This role involves supporting internal teams and customers, accurately processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. The position would suit someone with a strong background in administration and an understanding of sales support, order processing and customer service. We are looking for a candidate who is confident communicating with customers and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
As the new Sales Administrator, you will:
* Process and input sales orders
* Support and resolve customer enquiries and queries
* Action warranty requests; organise warranty engineer attendance
* Release goods for despatch to customers
* Prepare standard equipment quotations
* Run daily KPI reports
* Send and receive emails both internally and externally
* Answer inbound calls
* Other general administrative tasks
Requirements for this role:
1. At least 2+ years of recent administration experience
2. Previous experience of Microsoft office
3. Polite and confident telephone manner
