Job Description:
The role:
1. Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers within targeted industries.
2. Outbound Calling: Initiate and manage outbound calls to engage prospects, understand their needs, and introduce our products/services effectively.
3. Building Rapport: Develop strong and meaningful relationships with prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
4. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
5. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with our products/services, industry trends, and competitors to communicate their value effectively.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the wider sales teams, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales strategies.
