Key Responsibilities of an ASB Officer:
* Take a proactive approach to managing and investigating cases of anti-social behaviour (ASB), ensuring prompt and appropriate action is taken.
* Work closely with residents, the police, and partner agencies to resolve incidents of ASB and mitigate future issues.
* Conduct interviews, gather evidence, and maintain accurate records in line with legal and housing policies.
* Support the enforcement of tenancy agreements in relation to ASB, including issuing warnings, conducting home visits, and initiating legal action when required.
* Ensure that all cases are documented and systems are kept up to date, in compliance with housing and safeguarding standards.
