Job Description
My client, a small private practice law firm based in the West End, are seeking a Junior Office Assistant to join their Office Services Team.
The candidate should have good IT skills as well as excellent attention to detail. They must be willing to work as a member of a team and assist colleagues as required. This is a busy and varied role which will require candidates to use their initiative and work to deadlines.
Duties include –
* setting up/clearing meeting rooms and preparing refreshments
* ordering lunch when required
* dealing with post, photocopying & scanning
* ordering office supplies
* scheduling building maintenance checks
* liaising with the cleaners
* arranging couriers
* retrieving files from storage
* assisting with internal office moves.
This is a full time, office-based role, working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (with flexibility to occasionally work 8.30am – 4.30pm if required)
