About the role
As part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient order management processes. Duties include:
5. Monitoring and managing the status of consumer direct orders
6. Using an order book to manage consumer direct orders effectively
7. Ensuring accurate pricing for all orders
8. Setting up and maintaining reserve management in line with established guidelines
9. Handling consumer direct queries and communicating with end users via the online portal
10. Confirming receipt of orders to all relevant parties
11. Managing changes to delivery orders between consumers and the warehouse
12. Overseeing back orders and monitoring overall order status
13. Monitoring and initiating claims for damaged or lost stock
14. Resolving delivery issues with the warehouse and liaising directly with consumers
Location: Weybridge
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Pay: £30,000 – £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About you
