The Configuration Coordinator supports and reports to the Configuration and Replication Manager. Responsibilities include: · Documentation & Guidance o Ensuring that Configuration Management processes from both SZC EI TD and NSA (plans, procedures, manuals, guidance) are fit for use through self-assessment and updated according to the SA outcomes. o Ensuring that Configuration management processes are consistent with Replication Processes, liaising with relevant team members. o Providing advice to engineers on configuration-related topics. · Process implementation o Contribute to the implementation of the existing configuration management process in alignment with the overall SZC configuration strategy. o Develop and maintain training packs in line with the process and ensure rolling out training sessions · Tool Development & Monitoring o Support the definition, implementation, and development of tools to monitor configuration management KPIs (for OPs/DCs). · KPI Reporting o Produce KPIs regularly to inform project stakeholders.
