Overview
Registered Veterinary Nurse - Small Animal role at IVC Evidensia. This job posting describes joining a friendly, progressive small animal practice located near the South Downs, with a focus on high-quality personalised care for clients and their pets.
Role responsibilities
* Provide high-quality clinical care to all pets.
* Deliver an outstanding client experience and help create and maintain an efficient clinic.
* Work as part of a team with 8 other RVNs, 1 SVN and 5 Vets; the role includes a blend of surgical, kennels and nurse clinic duties.
Working hours
Full-time pattern: 35/37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 18:30 with a share of Saturday mornings (about 1 in 4) and time off in lieu. There is no out-of-hours requirement. Shift patterns are flexible and part-time hours can be discussed.
Team and facilities
Our team has varied interests; facilities include laser, laparoscopy, ultrasound, dental X-ray, digital X-ray, in-house laboratory equipment and full soft tissue and orthopaedic equipment. We are adding to our nursing team and are looking for a Full-time or Part-Time Veterinary Nurse to join our team.
What we are looking for
* A motivated veterinary nurse with at least one year’s experience in small animal practice who is RCVS registered.
* Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a passion for delivering excellent clinical care and outstanding client service.
