HR Coordinator ๐งโ๐ผ๐
(Part-Time Role โ 4 days per week, 10:00amโ3:00pm)
Role Purpose ๐ฏ
To provide accurate, efficient and proactive HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, supporting managers and employees while ensuring HR data, systems and processes are kept up to date and compliant โ

This is a part-time position, working 4 days per week, 10:00amโ3:00pm.
Key Responsibilities ๐ ๏ธ
Joiners / Movers / Leavers ๐
โข Manage all HR administration for new starters, internal moves and leavers ๐งพ
โข Prepare contracts, offer letters, contract changes and leaver documentation โ๏ธ๐
โข Coordinate onboarding including background and right-to-work checks, inductions and system access ๐๐ป
โข Ensure smooth offboarding including exit paperwork and final payroll instructions ๐ค
Payroll Support ๐ฐ
โข Prepare and submit accurate payroll inputs (starters, leavers, salary changes, overtime, bonuses, statutory payments) ๐งฎ
โข Act as liaison between HR and Payroll, resolving payroll queries efficiently ๐ค
โข Support monthly payroll cycles and audits ๐
โข Quarterly reconciliation of HR records against Payroll records ๐
HR Systems & Data ๐ป
โข Maintain accurate employee records on the HR system (HRIS) ๐๏ธ
โข Ensure data accuracy, GDPR compliance and confidentiality ๐
โข Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports using Excel, including: ๐
o Headcount ๐ฅ
o Length of service โณ
o Turnover ๐
o Absence data ๐
o Liaise with HRIS system provider for support and maintenance queries ๐ ๏ธ
HR Administration & Support ๐
โข First-line HR admin support for employees and managers, including minute taking during confidential and sensitive HR meetings ๐
โข Manage HR secure shared files and email inboxe ๐ฅ
o Respond to routine HR queries ๐ฌ
โขo First line support for routine benefit related requests ๐
โข Maintain HR trackers, spreadsheets and personnel files ๐๏ธ
โข Support absence, holiday and probation administration ๐ด
โข First line support for routine benefit related queries ๐ซ
โข Assist with performance review cycles and training administration ๐
โข Update organization chart ๐งฉ
โข Act as liaison between HR and IT where appropriate ๐ผ๐ป
Compliance & Best Practice โ๏ธ
โข Ensure HR processes follow employment legislation and company policy ๐
โข Support HR audits and internal reporting โ๏ธ
โข Keep HR documentation and records up to date ๐๏ธ
Skills & Experience ๐ง
Essential โ
โข Previous experience in an HR Administrator / HR Coordinator role ๐
โข Hands-on experience with joiners, movers and leavers ๐
โข Payroll administration experience or strong payroll exposure ๐ท
โข Experience using HR systems and managing employee data ๐ป
โข Strong Excel skills (reports, trackers, formulas) ๐
โข High attention to detail and strong organisational skills ๐
Desirable โญ
โข CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) ๐
โข Experience producing HR metrics (length of service, turnover, headcount) ๐
โข Benefits administration experience ๐
โข Basic knowledge of employment law โ๏ธ
