The Role
We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated Production Line Leaders to join a fast paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing production lines and a team to achieve planned volumes while ensuring all commercial, quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team to consistently achieve production targets
* Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards (SPI)
* Maximise line efficiency to meet hourly and daily production plans
* Monitor, control, and minimise waste
* Manage team effectively, including agency staff coordination
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GMP, and hygiene standards
* Complete all required documentation accurately and in line with company procedures
* Use the integrated management system to track performance and maintain records
* Support training and development of new starters
* Conduct return to work and disciplinary meetings when required
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
* Support internal and external audits

About You
* Previous experience in a Line Leader / Team Leader role within manufacturing or food production
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience working to KPIs and production targets
* Knowledge of hygiene, and health & safety standards
* Confident communicator with good organisational skills
* Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
