We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. If you have previous experience in customer service and a dedication to delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
* Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist customers with product information, and general questions.
* Process customer requests, returns accurately, invoice requests and complaints etc.
* Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer interactions.

- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
* Must be IT and computer literate.
-Must have experience working within a busy environment.
* Must have excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work well in a team environment
