The Role Reporting to the FD, the Management Accountant will deliver robust and insightful financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts and performance analysis Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Stock control and reconciliation Process improvement and system enhancement, including the introduction of advanced reporting tools Supporting the Financial Controller with statutory accounts, audits, and tax compliance Key Responsibilities Produce timely and accurate management accounts with commentary and key metrics Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles Ensure robust stock and balance sheet reconciliations Partner with department heads to drive performance and cost efficiency Streamline processes to enhance reporting and analysis Support annual financial statements, audits, and statutory returns The Person Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) – will also consider PQ Technically strong with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with strong business partnering skills Highly proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools Organised, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities To apply, please follow the link below or contact Maria at Axon Moore for further information
