What the job involves As a Family Gateway Contact Officer, you'll work as part of the Family Gateway Team to provide information, advice, and assistance to families and professionals. This involves managing and coordinating multiple referrals, facilitated through telephone calls, web chat, and e-mail. You’ll have the opportunity to deliver a service that makes a difference to babies, children, young people, and their parents/carers in a supportive and hybrid working environment.
