Position: Apprentice/Junior Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef
Salary: £12.60 per hour (+ tips + tronc + bonus)

We’re searching for someone with a genuine passion for pizza and some kitchen experience, who’s ready to develop their skills as a Pizzaiolo at Rudy’s. With support from our Pizzaiolo Academy and structured training plans, you could become one of the best Neapolitan Pizzaiolos in Stockton Heath.

About the role
This role has been mixed, hydrated, and stretched to perfection. We’re looking for passionate Pizzaiolos who enjoy working the Neapolitan way. Our Pizzaiolos are the first and most important ingredient in creating the perfect pizza.
What we’re looking for
10. A genuine passion for Neapolitan pizza and techniques
11. Experience using pizza ovens
12. Confidence working with dough – all things dough, dough, dough
13. Neapolitan experience, or a strong desire to learn this specialist craft
