Your Duties will include:
1. Be responsible for all front-of-house duties, including welcoming visitors entering and exiting the building.
2. Provide clerical support to the Home Manager and other staff members as appropriate.
3. Be responsible for general HR duties.
4. Complete and submit payroll.
5. Control the end-to-end recruitment process: onboarding new colleagues, gaining references, completing right-to-work checks, creating candidate files, applying for DBS checks, in line with the Safer Recruitment Policy.
6. Answer telephone calls, provide advice and support, and refer to Heads of Department where appropriate.
7. Pass on messages efficiently and in a timely manner.
8. Prepare and display information leaflets and posters, respond to emails, collate information and brochures as required.
9. Collate weekly statistics on enquiries, assessments, occupancy, and agency usage, and forward to Support Office departments.
10. Maintain Resident list accurately by recording move-in/move-out details.
11. Support the Home Manager and other Administrators in clerical duties, maintaining accurate filing and working to deadlines.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Confident, outward-going personality with a sales-oriented approach to assist the viewing process.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage own time, prioritise work, and work independently to drive referrals and improve occupancy.
* Professional appearance.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines.
