Private Client Director
Salary: £60k basic, first year OTE £120k to £150k, 2nd and 3rd year £200k to £300k results dependent.
Location: London
Remote working: Once every 2 months in the office for meetings.

The Role of the Private Client Director:
The primary responsibilities include calling high-net-worth leads provided by the company, qualifying, scheduling face-to-face appointments, and meeting with prospective clients to gather new clients and assets for the firm.
This position is highly entrepreneurial, involving warm initial calls and in-person selling to close business. Dedicated portfolio management and client service groups handle the transition and retention of client relationships, allowing salespeople to focus mainly on selling.
Skills & Experience:
* Consistent and quantifiable individual sales success with stock market investors
* RFI Level 4 qualified
* Minimum of five years of success selling to high-net-worth individuals
* Quantifiable track record in closing new investor business
* Strong competitive drive; plays to win and has desire to succeed
* Goal-oriented and results-focused; "money is a measure of success" mentality
* Calculated risk-taker: willing to win-some, lose-some
* Proven closer; outstanding sales ability with documented success
* Optimistic outlook; sees opportunities, not problems
* High activity orientation and exceptional work ethic
* Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; confident, dynamic, and assertive
