We support individuals to regain their independence following an accident or a period of illness, and we help them to remain in their own home.
Responsibilities
As a Team Leader you will support and manage a team of Support Workers, being the first point of contact for support workers for advice, including at evenings and weekends. You’ll oversee people’s review visits and will lead and develop key areas of the service, e.g. medication and equality & diversity.

Location & Working Hours
The role involves working shifts between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays. The job is based at County Hall, St Anne’s Crescent, Lewes.
