About the role…
This an exciting role for Avove as it is the first of its kind. This role will be responsible for providing first quality expert ER case advice. The unique part of this role is that you will work across all of our frameworks offering you fantastic range of industry experience. You will also support the people partner with HR related duties/projects, again expanding your knowledge/experience.
What will your day look like…
* Take ownership of ER cases such as grievances, investigations, disciplinaries, and queries seeing them through to resolution
* Support the improvement of people capability, you will act as a trusted adviser and coach people managers to manage people issues successfully, incorporating best practice and mitigating any potential risk to the business.
* Managing your own caseload within the agreed Service Level Agreements
* Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
* Working in collaboration with the People Partner teams to support the more complex projects and cases such as TUPE, Redundancy or Discrimination cases
* Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to employee experience and workplace practices.
* Contribute to HR projects such as diversity & inclusion, well-being programs, and policy reviews.
