Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer (Locum)

We are assisting a number of local authorities in the South of England in the search for experienced, Adult Social Care Lawyers to join their legal team on a full-time locum basis.
All of these positions are excellent opportunities to work remotely within a supportive and well-established legal service, handling a varied and meaningful caseload.
We have a number of standard Lawyer/Solicitor roles and one Senior role.
Duties of the Adult Social Care Lawyer may include, but not limited to:
- Manage a caseload of Adult Social Care matters
- Provide legal advice
- Draft legal documents and represent the authority
- Manage a small team (Senior level only)
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive with relevant experience
- Strong background in adult social care law, ideally within a local authority setting
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
