Civils Site Agent - Leeds \nWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee a range of projects across Yorkshire, the Midlands, and North East England. This is a key position responsible for managing on-site operations and ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, and company policies. \nKey Responsibilities \n- Manage contracts in alignment with NEC3/NEC4 standards and Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
\n- Prepare and manage pre-start documentation including RAMS, contracts, and work programs. \n- Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and allocate resources efficiently. \n- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and supervise site operatives and subcontractors.
\n- Oversee daily site operations, including safety briefings, toolbox talks, and general site paperwork. \n- Manage weekly reporting and ensure that all permits are in place. \n- Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials.
\n- Maintain quality assurance documentation and assist in the preparation of as-built drawings. \n- Develop and maintain two-week lookahead programs and daily site diaries. \nQualifications & Skills \n- CSCS Managers Card - Level 6 or higher \n- CPCS Lift Supervisor & Slinger Signaller \n- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) \n- Cat & Genny training \n- First Aid at Work (3-day certification) \n- EUSR (Blue Card) \n- Fire Marshall certification \n- City & Guilds Confined Spaces (Medium Risk) \n- Ability to obtain security clearance within 6 months \nAdditional service areas include: \n- MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation) \n- Building Maintenance \n- Fabrication \n- Tankering Services \n \nThis role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering safe, efficient, and high-standard site operations.The company delivers high-quality mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering services, with expertise in all areas of water treatment-clean and wastewater-as well as broader infrastructure and industrial works.For more information on this role please contact Jack Burton on (phone number removed) or via email on (url removed)
