What You'll Be Doing
? Overseeing the full daily operation of the restaurant
? Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
? Managing inventory, labour, and cost control to optimise profitability
? Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are always upheld
? Driving guest satisfaction through fast, friendly, and consistent service
? Delivering business results and reporting on key performance metrics
What We're Looking For
* A confident, people-first leader with a passion for hospitality
* At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant or General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast food brand
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and team-building skills
* A hands-on operator who thrives under pressure and leads by example
* The right to live and work in the UK
