Job Overview The Finance Manager for the Patient Centered Solutions & Connected Technologies (PACT) division is responsible for revenue assurance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The role supports business growth by ensuring financial integrity, optimizing revenue lifecycle processes, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. Key Responsibilities - Manage revenue assurance processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and prevention of revenue leakage. - Oversee full revenue lifecycle management, from Pipeline to contracting to billing and recognition. - Lead revenue reporting, forecasting cycles, variance analysis, and strategic insights (KPI related to Pipe and Revenue). - Partner with PACT operations, Sales teams, Project Management team and commercial leads to interpret financial performance. - Support month-end close activities including accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries. - Maintain financial models and tools for forecasting and scenario analysis. Qualifications - Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. - 5-10 years of experience in FP&A, revenue assurance, or financial management. - Strong understanding of revenue recognition and financial reporting frameworks. - Proficiency with SAP, People Soft, Hyperion, Salesforce, Power BI or similar tools. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
