Teaching Personnel are currently working with a specialist SEN school based in Blythe Bridge, Stoke-on-Trent. We are looking for a 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant to start in September 2025.

About the role:
* Start-date: TBC in September
* Ongoing/long-term with opportunity for a permanent contract
* Opportunity to earn £90- £110 per day (dependent on experience)
As a 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with students who require additional learning, social, emotional and behavioural support. Working closely with Teachers, parents/carers and external agencies to create and implement individualised education plans (IEPs). You will record progress, provide updates to parents/carers to ensure there is consistent and tailored support for the pupil.
What we’re looking for:
* Good knowledge/background in SEN
* Experience working with SEN (preferably in an educational environment)
* Patience, empathy and a genuine passion for improving the lives of young students
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both students and colleagues

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
