Site Supervisor We currently have a great opportunity for a Supervisor to join our team in Watford. Specification: Qualifications Essential: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Joinery or other relevant trade, or equivalent level of competence obtained from on-the-job experience Desirable: CSCS Card Relevant experience Essential: Proven experience working as a dedicated Supervisor Experience in working in social housing/health/high street sector Previous experience supervising directly employed and sub contractors Trade background experience Knowledge/Awareness of Health and Safety on site Aptitude, skills & abilities Essential: The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to use own initiative Excellent communication skills Ability to diagnose/problem solve Personal attributes Essential: Proactive Enthusiastic with personal drive Adaptable All site workers will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check. A Full UK driving license is essential Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: You will work 39 hours each week, Monday to Friday. Location: The nature of this role requires you to work on site at various locations across the Watford operational area, including the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, London and Buckinghamshire areas. Support management in meeting the business needs Attend & control meetings with work colleagues and/or clients and customers when necessary Ensure appearances and actions are professional and reflect CLC Groups' company image.
