Hayward Hawk delighted to be working with a large scaling tech business to recruit a Management Accountant on a 12 month FTC basis. This role is fully remote BUT candidates must be based in NI. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment, supporting key financial processes during a pivotal stage of growth. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, principles, and regulatory requirements Manage tax filings and other statutory submissions within required deadlines Support the completion of audits and statutory accounts on time Produce financial reports in accordance with both US GAAP and local GAAP Calculate and post monthly accruals and prepayments Maintain the fixed asset register, including additions and depreciation Take ownership of month-end and quarter-end reporting processes Essential Skills & Experience: Fully qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis Background in a shared services or multinational environment is preferred Strong track record of producing monthly management accounts and group reporting to tight deadlines Solid understanding of core accounting processes and procedures Candidate will ideally be immediately available but is also flexible with notice periods.
