Are you an experienced project leader with a passion for driving innovation in pharmaceutical development? This company is seeking a Temporary Project Manager to support on strategic programmes and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment during a busy period. To be successful in this role, you need to have recent Project Managerment experience within the Life Science sectors
The Role of the Project Manager
As a Project Manager within the PMO team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering New Product Development (NPD) programmes that support strategic company growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and execute high-value innovation programmes
Supporting project governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners
Collaborating with newly acquired entities to integrate responsibilities and drive project success
Supporting continuous improvement in PMO processes and programme efficiency
Supporting financial planning and reporting in partnership with Finance and Business Development
Developing data sets and visualisations to support portfolio management and decision-making
Supporting pipeline development initiatives with Regulatory, R&D, Pharmacovigilance, and Portfolio teams
The Ideal Candidate for the Project Manager (NPD, International) Role
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Recent proven project success, ideally within Pharma, Healthcare, or Medical Devices
A degree in a relevant discipline (Scientific, Business, or Project Management)
Strong financial acumen and experience managing external and internal partnerships
Recent proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project (essential)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
