Im working exclusively with a busy and growing group of manufacturing businesses to recruit a Standalone HR Advisor on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, hands-on HR professional to join a dynamic environment where you can really make an impact.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, youll take ownership of day-to-day HR operations across multiple sites, supporting managers with all aspects of HR and ensuring smooth and compliant people practices throughout the group.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the main point of contact for all HR matters across the business
Advising managers on employee relations issues including absence, performance, disciplinaries and grievances
Supporting recruitment and onboarding activity across various departments
Maintaining and updating employee records, HR systems, and ensuring compliance with employment law
Assisting with policy development and continuous improvement of HR processes
Managing training records and supporting development initiatives
Supporting payroll processes with accurate HR data
Contributing to employee engagement and well-being initiatives
Travelling between local sites when required
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in a generalist HR role - ideally in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment
Comfortable working in a standalone capacity and taking initiative
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
A confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels
CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified (or working towards)
Driving licence and willingness to travel across sites when needed
