Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Chesterfield. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on delivering high-quality veterinary care.
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire
Employment Type: Full or Part-time (Flexible working patterns available)
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough consultations and examinations of animals to diagnose conditions.
* Perform a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care.
* Provide emergency treatment and care to patients as needed.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patients.
* Collaborate with nursing staff and other veterinary professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
* Educate pet owners on preventive care, nutrition, and overall health management.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
* Must be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a valid veterinary license.
* Previous experience in a veterinary practice is essential.
* Strong surgical skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a flexible work schedule.
