Ideal Requirements of the Territory Manager * Proven sales expertise: Demonstrated success as a pharmaceutical sales representative, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. * Launch experience: Experienced in introducing new products to market and driving adoption among key clinical audiences. * Excellent communicator: You build strong, trusted relationships through clear, confident, and empathetic communication. * Self-motivated and resilient: You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments where adaptability and initiative make the difference. Role Responsibilities of the Territory Manager * Confidently engage with target audiences using a structured, consultative selling approach to effectively promote a specialist portfolio of products. * Take full ownership of your territory, developing a deep understanding of all potential customers and opportunities within it. * Identify and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) who influence clinical decision-making in your therapeutic area. * Build and maintain exceptional knowledge of your therapeutic area, product portfolio, and competitor landscape. * Always operate with integrity, adhering to all relevant industry codes of practice and ethical standards.
