Key Responsibilities
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We seek a data-driven Sales Operations & Insights Analyst to manage CRM strategy, optimize sales processes, and perform cross-functional analytics for our UK team. Your role will involve streamlining workflows, delivering insights via SQL and Power BI, and supporting strategic decision-making to foster growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead UK sales operations, including CRM ownership, workflow automation, onboarding, and documentation.
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BI to monitor pipeline, performance, and trends.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to improve conversion, retention, and growth strategies.
* Develop accurate market mapping data, including customer segmentation and prospecting insights.
* Monitor customer health metrics, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.
* Ensure CRM data hygiene and automate processes to improve data quality and reporting.
* Implement process improvements to boost productivity and insight delivery.
* Support projects and ad-hoc analyses for the Commercial Director.
Key Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
You have/are:
* At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or revenue operations, preferably in a high-growth or B2B setting.
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling.
* Proficiency in Power BI for creating dynamic dashboards.
* Solid SQL skills for writing and troubleshooting queries.
* Experience with Workbooks CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms, understanding data structures, automation, and reporting.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and insight generation skills.
* Proven ability to drive process improvements that impact business outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data insights for non-technical audiences and collaborating across teams.
* Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and ownership mindset.
