Shift Pattern: Double Days (6-2, 2-10) Alternating Bi-Weekly What you'll do Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of electrical and mechanical equipment Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimise downtime and support production targets Assist with mechanical maintenance tasks including work on hydraulics, pneumatics and general facility maintenance Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures and health & safety regulations Maintain accurate maintenance records and update the maintenance management system Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support engineering projects with a forward-thinking mindset About you Recognised engineering qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND) in Electrical Engineering or similar Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills Basic mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for improvement Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Overtime opportunities Company pension scheme Training and development opportunities On-site facilities including parking and canteen Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates ADZN1_UKTJ
