1. Lead employment law matters across a broad client base, including tribunal litigation
2. Provide high-quality, accessible advice on complex employment issues
3. Mentor, guide, and develop the employment team
4. Support cross-department collaborations as needed
Requirements
5. Qualified solicitor or legal executive with notable experience in employment law (5+PQE)
6. Demonstrable aspirations towards partnership
7. Excellent technical, drafting, and advocacy skills
8. Strong commercial awareness and client-focused mindset
9. Articulate communicator, able to simplify complex issues
10. Organised, deadline-driven, and resilient under pressure
