* A key member of the on-site Engineering Team providing practical and technical support.
* Perform necessary breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance activity.
* Effectively maintain process and auxiliary equipment, ensuring effective performance of plant and process equipment and uptime improvements.
* Performance of effective investigative, planning, maintenance techniques.
* With a strong health and safety ethic, and safe working practices.
* Risk assessing and risk assessments.
* Management of Contractors.
* Communicating activities with Management and Team Members.
* Permits to Work.
* Isolations.
The Candidate:
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 with a background of working in Electrical Engineering.
* Experienced in Industrial Plant Activities/Operations.
* Experienced in Preventative maintenance techniques, planning, faults and breakdowns.
Experienced in:
* AC/DC Electrical Drives.
* DSEAR and PUWER.
* Electrical Power Distribution Networks.
* PLCs.
* Reading Circuitry Schematics.
* Risk Assessments, Permits to Work.
* Excellent communication skills to work both with and without supervision
