Team
The Platform Design and Research team is central to our vision of creating more economic freedom. We develop secure, trusted, and user-friendly crypto products for beginners and experienced users alike.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll contribute by understanding customer and business needs, developing user journeys, and working closely with cross-functional teams to craft simple, effective experiences that embody Coinbase’s brand and values.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate within a small team to enhance user experience iteratively
* Develop features from ideation to testing and deployment
* Design intuitive web and mobile interfaces
* Partner with Design Systems team to create scalable components
* Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback
* Help execute the product roadmap and define strategy
* Work daily with Engineering, User Research, and Product teams
Requirements
* 5+ years of professional Product Design experience
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field
* Experience designing for web and mobile consumer experiences
* Strong UX, visual design, and communication skills
* Experience collaborating with engineering and research teams
* Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
* Collaborative, open-minded, and humble attitude
* Interest in crypto or financial products
Nice to Have
* Experience as a Coinbase product user
Compensation
Target annual salary: £132,000 — £145,200 GBP, plus bonus, equity, and benefits including health coverage.
