Duties
* Greeting customers warmly and booking vehicles into the workshop for servicing or repairs
* Planning workshop workload efficiently and liaising with parts and workshop teams
* Recording work carried out and updating customers on progressContacting customers for additional repairs or services as needed
* Maintaining customer lead times and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
* Assisting with departmental administrative tasks and workshop scheduling
Requirements
* Full UK manual driving licence
* Prior experience as a Service Advisor or within a retail automotive service department is preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
* Patient, attentive, and strong listening skills
* Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office
* Motivated to learn and develop within the automotive sector
