This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a nurturing setting and is passionate about supporting pupils to reach their full potential.
What youll be doing:
Supporting and delivering high-quality lessons across the primary age range.
Working with class teachers and support staff to raise pupil attainment and engagement within all lessons.
Providing targeted support for children of mixed abilities, including those with SEND.
Promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding practices in line with school policies.
Building strong relationships with staff, pupils, and families.
What we are looking for in you:
Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent).
Proven experience as a HLTA within UK primary schools.
Confident understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
Enthusiasm, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
