CRM Delivery Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced CRM Delivery Lead to take leadership of a new Scrum team as part of an exciting greenfield project. This is a unique opportunity to shape the delivery of a new CRM system from the ground up, working within a highly collaborative and supportive environment.
As the CRM Delivery Lead, you'll be the primary delivery facilitator for a new Scrum team focused on a major CRM implementation. You will be instrumental in leading the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes are aligned with key business goals.
Key Responsibilities And Skills
* Act as the primary delivery lead for a new CRM Scrum team, facilitating all agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
* Champion agile principles and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
* Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive delivery momentum across sprints for the new CRM project.
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, and UX Designers to ensure a clear understanding and prioritisation of work.
* Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and delivery risks to stakeholders using reporting tools and dashboards.
* Promote team ownership and accountability while creating a safe and productive environment for the new team.
* Coordinate across multiple technology teams to ensure alignment and transparency for the CRM project.
* Work with stakeholders to plan releases, manage scope, and balance delivery with quality.
* Support and coach team members in agile ways of working.
* Ensure the team adheres to relevant governance, compliance, and technical delivery standards.
* Help manage resource planning, forecasting, and capacity management for the new team.
