Who is the COMPANY you will work for as a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
Working across the FinTech space, this firm is looking for 3 trainees to join the team. They are specialists in placing the top Senior Tech talent into financial firms across the world. Each desk specialises in a different area, and currently were looking for 2 to join the US desk (average fees of £80k), and 1 to join the European desk (average fees of £68k).
As you can assume from above, people are making incredible money at this firm, with people taking home over £100k after their 3 rd year at the business. This has led to an impressive average tenure of 6 years amongst consultants in the team.

Starting salary of £30k, with annual salary reviews, and £5k increases with each promotion
Uncapped commission structure rising to 50%
OTE in year one of £50k, year two of £70k, and year three of £100k+

What is the ROLE of a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
Completing business development to win new clients to partner with
Meeting with clients and fully understanding their offering and what their hiring requirements are
Sourcing candidates through headhunting and speaking with various individuals in the industry
Managing the whole interview process, including scheduling, preparing, passing on feedback, and negotiating the best contract for your candidates
Advising your candidate and client base on economic and business trends
Working towards both individual and team targets
What are the REQUIREMENTS for a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
Degree educated in any discipline
Experience working in a client facing role alongside education
Confident speaking and negotiating with high-level stakeholders
Financial drive and desire to earn over your base salary
Strong work ethic with the motivation to go above and beyond for your clients
