About the Role
We’re working with a well-established organisation undergoing continued digital transformation across its technology platforms.
They’re looking for a Mid-Level .NET Developer to join their engineering team, working on modern, cloud-based applications hosted both on-premise and in Microsoft Azure. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll contribute to the design, development, and support of scalable, event‑driven systems that underpin critical business processes.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior developers, business analysts, and subject‑matter experts, playing a key role in delivering reliable and well‑engineered solutions.
What You’ll Do
* Design, build, and maintain applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
* Develop and consume RESTful APIs and backend services
* Build and support Azure Functions for serverless and event‑driven workloads
* Work with Azure Storage Accounts, including Blob Storage for document and file management
* Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code following best practices
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes via Azure DevOps
* Work within Agile / Scrum delivery teams
About You
* 3+ years’ commercial experience developing applications with .NET / .NET Core
* Strong C# skills with experience in ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API
* Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming and design patterns
* Experience working with SQL Server and strong SQL querying skills
* Experience working with Azure
Nice to Have
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
* Front‑end experience (Angular, React, or Blazor)
* Exposure to DevOps culture and CI/CD best practices
* Any experience with finance or enterprise systems
