We are looking for someone to join our busy team of laser operatives for a hands-on, physically demanding role in a fast-paced factory environment. Full training will be given to enthusiastic, hardworking individuals who are seeking a new opportunity.
Shift Pattern:7am to 7pm, 5 on 3 off per week on a rotating basis
Day shift- £12.25 p/h initial rate, plus up to 20% attendance / overtime bonus each month = £14.70 p/h achievable in first full month.
Job Role:
- Operating and unloading laser machines
- Working with sheet metal
- Working as part of a team
- Machine maintenance and cleaning
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of working in a manufacturing / fast-paced environment
- Valid forklift licence is desirable
- Have machine operating experience
- Have excellent communication skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team
