Customer & Trading Manager
As a Customer & Trading Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of the store – from opening and closing, cashing up, managing performance and schedule planning, to ensuring essential products are available for our customers. You’ll support your close-knit team by replenishing stock, taking deliveries, and serving at the checkouts, helping them deliver a 'wow' service to our customers.
You will be a role model, always ready to support and influence. Your focus will be on creating and managing a diverse, motivated, and energized team who love what they do. You’ll coach colleagues to provide excellent service and work together to drive sales. A great planner with strong prioritization skills and commercial acumen, you’ll have the flexibility to support different locations at different times when needed.
Retail experience isn’t essential, but the right person is – an inspiring manager who works at pace, listens responsively, and communicates effectively, keen to utilize new technology.
