Junior Human Resources Business Partner Yolk Recruitment is working closely with a leading insurance company that's been on an exciting growth journey. We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor working at HR BP level within this fast moving business. You'll be based in Cardiff but will work closely with colleagues across other locations, so occasional travel (around once a month) may be required. This is a busy and varied generalist role where you'll play a key part in supporting managers and employees on all aspects of HR. From employee relations to day-to-day advice and guidance, you'll be right at the heart of what's going on. You'll work closely with the HR Manager and Head of HR, providing insight and support across a range of people activities, helping to drive engagement, performance, and continuous improvement across the business.
